Set to the beats of African drumming, this class caters to the advanced practitioners. Move into a deeper, physically challenging practice in this session.. Mostly you BURN even while sweating buckets.
SOUL- FUL YOGA
An introspective practice designed to move you towards a higher frequency state. This practice leaves you feeling renewed and energized. Mindfully does it now.
FEEL THE LOVE
A delicious heart opening sequence to prepare the practitioner to embrace the week with courage. A gentle and slow warm up precedes a series of asanas that thoroughly stretches and opens tight muscles around the upper body.
LIGHTEN-ING PATH YOGA
A class focussed on techniques to shift your energies towards abundance and well living. Usually incorporating meditation, breathwork, discourse and physical asanas. Leave feeling empowered and curious about your journey!
