For many of us, rushing has been mistaken for progress. I AM witnessing how movement has been confused with momentum, and endurance mistaken for purpose. Yet the body has always known the truth.
“I AM remembering that strength does not arrive through force. I AM remembering that strength arrives through presence.”
As I AM stepping into 2026, I AM less interested in proving and more devoted to living. I AM releasing urgency and I AM aligning with integrity.
This shift did not happen suddenly. I AM allowing it to emerge through years of listening, pausing, unlearning, and trusting what my inner wisdom has been quietly revealing all along.
Strip to the Naked Truth
For over twenty years, I AM carrying a story within me. Not as a burden—but as a calling. When I AM finally releasing my memoir, it is not an act of exposure. It is an act of sovereignty.

I AM choosing truth as medicine. I AM choosing honesty as healing. When one truth is spoken with compassion, others remember themselves. This story was never meant to live silently. I AM allowing it to breathe. I AM allowing it to serve.
“Healing is not about fixing what is broken. I AM not broken. Healing is about remembering what has always been whole.”
Much of the exhaustion I AM witnessing comes from carrying what no longer belongs to us—old narratives, inherited expectations, and survival-based habits shaped by fear.
FEAR: False Energy Appearing Real
When I AM slowing down enough to listen, fear reveals itself not as truth, but as repetition. I AM choosing to stop rehearsing what no longer serves. Releasing the rush creates space. I AM creating space to breathe.
This is where inner strength begins. Not in pushing harder—but in allowing myself to arrive fully in the present moment. The inner child does not ask me to rush. The inner child asks me to feel safe. To feel seen. To feel free enough to create again.
Deepening Our Devotion
In 2026, I AM creating spaces where rest is respected, truth is welcomed, and reflection is honored. Join us at Sea Cliff in Portland, Jamaica for retreats, teacher trainings, and moments of restoration.
Purpose does not need to be chased. Strength does not need to be forced. What is meant for me knows how to arrive. I AM releasing rushing. I AM allowing inner strength to arrive.
