The Yoga Angels Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training provides comprehensive education to support the unique needs of pregnant and postpartum bodies, minds, and spirits. This training prepares yoga teachers, birth professionals, doulas, and wellness practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach safe, supportive, and empowering yoga to prenatal and postnatal students.
- Format: Live Online + Self-Paced Modules
- Hours: 85–100 Hours (Yoga Alliance Registered)
- Certification: Yoga Angels Pre/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Certificate (PREP) + RPYT Eligible
- Prerequisites: 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (preferred)

- Demonstrate safe and confident teaching
