1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are not available once a program, course, or event has begun. Any payments made for programs, courses, events, or ongoing services that have already started are non-refundable.
If a program has not yet begun, you may request a refund up to 10 days before the start date. Approved refunds are subject to a 20% administrative fee, which will be deducted from the total payment.
Programs, courses, memberships, events, or products purchased at a discounted rate are non-refundable.
All completed transactions are considered final unless otherwise approved in writing by Yoga Angels International Incorporated.
2. Transfer of Payments
If your program or course has not yet begun, you may request to transfer your payment toward another course, program, event, or product offered by Yoga Angels International Incorporated.

3. Membership and Event Registration Fees
Membership fees and event registration fees are non-refundable.
For memberships billed monthly, future billing will stop once the membership is properly cancelled. No refunds will be issued for previous monthly payments.
4. Course Format Changes
Yoga Angels International Incorporated reserves the right to modify the format, schedule, location, or delivery method of a course, program, or event when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
If a course or program format is changed, including a change from in-person to online training, this does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund. We remain committed to providing a comprehensive learning experience through qualified instructors, personalized guidance, and valuable resources.
5. Refund Request Review
All refund requests are reviewed according to this policy. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
If a refund request is not approved, Yoga Angels International Incorporated may, at its discretion, offer an alternative solution such as transferring the payment to another eligible course, program, event, or product.
